Cancellation Fee

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is cancelled or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.

For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours before your booking.

Tom Browns reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £15 per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 48-hour notice period. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Tom Browns in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.

Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice will also incur a £15 per person fee.

We can only hold your table for up to 15 minutes.

Reservation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure a booking.

No monetary value is taken at the time of booking.

There is a £5 music charge per person, which will be added to your total bill when joining us for dinner and live music. All prices are inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of an optional service charge at 10%.

If you have any special dietary requests, please inform our team when making a booking and inform your server on the night so that we can accommodate you.

Time Allocation

All bookings are allocated a time slot based on the number of covers:

1–2 covers | 120 mins

3–4 covers | 120 mins

5–7 covers | 120 mins

8+ covers | 150 mins

Adults Only 
Tom Browns operates an adults-only policy from 5 pm onwards, guests joining must be over 18 years of age.

Pet Policy
Please note that no dogs or pets are allowed at Tom Browns.

Dress Code
We politely favour a glamorous dress code. To avoid disappointment, please refrain from wearing any sportswear (smart trainers are permitted), hoodies, shorts and beachwear.

Special Offers
NG14 cards are valid Monday to Thursday from 12 pm until 9 pm.
NG14 cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, or special event.

Private Dining 
A non-refundable deposit of £300 applies to secure your booking, which will come off your final bill.

Tom Browns reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
